I. Description
Intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter is made up of sensor and converter, working based on the Faraday
law of electromagnetic induction. It’s an induction meter used to measure flow rate of conductive liquid
( conductivity higher than5μS/cm. ). Besides general conductive liquid, it can also be applied to highly
corrosive liquids such as strong acid, strong base, etc, and homogenized liquid-solid mixture, such as
slurry, ore pulp, paper pulp, etc. It is widely used to measure flow rate in the field of petroleum,
chemistry, metallurgy, light industry, paper making, environmental protection, food, etc, and the project
of municipal engineering, water conservancy construction, river dredging, etc.
II. Product Features
- Full-digital processing, strong anti-interference ability, reliable measurement, high accuracy, and measurement range up to 150:1;
- Switching power supply with wide voltage range and good EMI resistance;
- 16-bit embedded microprocessor adopted, fast operation speed and high accuracy, low-frequency rectangular wave excitation programmable, with improved measuring stability and lower power consumption;
- SMD element and SMT technology adopted, high reliability of circuit;
- No movable and flow resisting parts in the pipe and little additional pressure loss;
- Measuring range changeable on line on the spot according to actual demand;
- Measuring results irrelevant to physical parameters of velocity distribution, fluid pressure, temperature, density, viscosity, etc;
- High-definition LCD display, easy and simply operation;
- Communication signal output of RS485、RS232、Hart and Modbus (optional);
- With functions of self-check and self-diagnosis;
- Volume flow recorded by hour, time-shraing measuring also applicable (optional);
- Positive cumulative value, negative cumulative value and differential cumulative value displayed by three integrators inside, and UPS clock inside which can store 16 power-off time (optional);
- Infrared handheld manipulator of 115KHZ communication rate, with all functions of long-distance non-contact operating converter
