Features:
Calcined Anthracite (GCA) is developed when anthracite is calcined below the temperature of 1200 - 1400C in directory shaft furnaces to acquired a devolatized and moderately graphitized product. Calcining is managed to accomplish particular features. Raw materials for Calcined Anthracite are determined carefully from TaiXi Anthracite Coal which is well - known for its low ash, low sulfur content in Ningxia Province and are processed by floatation before calcining.
Electrically Calcined Anthracite (ECA) is produced when Anthracite is Electrically Calcined within the high temperature of 1700 - 2200C in straight shaft furnaces to obtained a devolatized and partially graphitized product. Calcining is maintained to achieve specific resistivity features, usually in the range of 550 - 750 ohm mm2/m
Application:
GCA: The primary application of Calcined Anthracite is in steel mill ladles, melting, holding and even blast, furnaces as recarburizer. It has also found to be applied as the substitute of calcined petroleum coke in particular application due to the fact of its comparable quality and competitive price.
