This condition is regulated by the legislation of the Seller’s country, and as a rule, it is fulfilled within 7 (seven) days from the moment the non-food product is transferred to the buyer (unless a longer period is announced by the seller) at the place of purchase or other places declared by the seller, the product is subject to return and exchange if it has not been used, has retained its consumer properties, presentation, packaging, seals and labels, and there is evidence of its purchase from this seller.
A product of good quality can be returned or exchanged for a similar one if it does not suit the consumer in terms of size, shape, dimensions, style, color, configuration, or for other reasons why the product cannot be used by the buyer for its intended purpose.

Conditions for returning goods of inadequate quality
This condition is governed by the laws of the Seller’s country. As a rule, if defects are identified during the established warranty period, the consumer, within the time limits established by law, has the right to exchange the goods or return the money paid for the goods, excluding delivery costs. The buyer may return the goods to the seller subject to the following conditions:
* availability of a document from a service center authorized by the manufacturer, indicating that the defect is significant;
* the warranty card and document confirming payment have been preserved;
* the integrity of the set is not compromised.

Methods for returning goods
To return goods, you must contact representatives of the online store to obtain information about which address to send to. The cost of return shipping is subject to a separate agreement with the seller.
As a rule, funds are credited to the buyer\'s account within 7 (seven) banking days after the returned item has been delivered to the seller\'s address and has been checked for compliance with the return conditions.
Refund Terms
When confirming the return of the goods, the following refund options are possible:
* When paying for goods with a payment bank card, a refund will be made to the card from which the payment was made. At the same time, having a bank payment card is mandatory.
* When paying for goods through payment systems installed in the online store (online payment), the refund will be made within 7 banking days to the card from which the payment was made.

Possible exceptions
The seller has the right to refuse to return and exchange non-food products of good quality if they are included in the List of goods that are not subject to exchange or return.
