Description
Applesauce, preserved with potassium sorbate in combination with sodium benzoate, is a semi - finished product and is intended for use in the production of juice products, as well as in other sectors of the food industry. It is intended for further processing and direct consumption.
Physical and chemical indicators:
Mass fraction of soluble solids, B x - not less than 30.0% ;
Packing: Metal barrel 200 dm 3 with a polyethylene bag - insert in accordance with GOST 19360.
Shelf life and storage conditions: Shelf life - 12 months.
