Are made in common industrial execution or for installation in fire and explosion hazardous productions of the classes V-1a, V-1b, V-1g, P-I and according to account and pressure head characteristics (to Q/H / see the appendix 1/) there correspond to recommendations of ISO 2858 "Pumps centrifugal with an axial entrance for chemical liquids (nominal pressure of 16 bars).
Units are intended for pumping of chemically active and neutral liquids in various industries with volume concentration of firm inclusions no more than 15%, particles no more than 2 mm in size, a hydrogen indicator from 0 to 14 rn, viscosity to 30 cSt, with a density no more than 1850 kg/m ³, and with the temperature up to 110 °C.
Applicability of the unit in these or those specific conditions is determined by execution of details of flowing part by material, options of execution of the driving wheel and knot of consolidation.
As for domestic chemical pumps of H type and AH, the offered pumps are not their direct analogs. ANTsH units due to use of original design developments, optimum selection of bearings, consolidations, modern materials and technologies are more economic and reliable, have longer resource and the interprocedural period (2-3 times more) than at pumps of H type or AH, and at the same time demand the most minimum maintenance at operation.
