Chambers the national teams of unilateral service (KSO-398) and (KSO-399) of 6 and 10 kV are intended for completing of distributing devices of alternating three-phase current with a frequency of 50 Hz for systems with the neutral isolated or grounded via the dugogasitelny reactor.

Chambers the national teams of unilateral service of KSO-398 and a KSO-399trety series are similar in technical parameters and on the overall adjusting dimensions to KSO-366, KSO-366M, KSO-386, KSO-386M, KSO-392, KSO-393, KSO-395, KSO396, KSO-397 cameras.

The KSO cameras are allowed to be used to work in the following conditions:

• climatic modification and category of placement - OUSE and UHL4 in accordance with GOST 15150 and GOST 15543.1;
• values of temperature of air - from -25 °C to +40 °C;
• height above sea level — no more than 1000 m;
• environment should not be explosive, contain conducting dust, aggressive vapors and gases destroying metals and isolation.

X1 - Serial number of the scheme of the main chains;
X2 - Drive type ("And" - the automatic machine, "H" - manual);

Structure of a product:

Chambers are completed with electric equipment on the rated voltage of 10 kV, tension transformers, rated sportsmen, power safety locks, power transformers are installed on tension of 6 and 10 kV. Delivery of the KSO-398 and KSO-399 cameras is carried out by the piece or blocks, according to schemes of the main chains.
Are included in the package of delivery:

• the KSO-398 or KSO-399 cameras with the equipment and devices of the main and auxiliary chains according to the order;
• tire bridges (if are stipulated in the order);
• spare parts and accessories according to the specification to order;
• operational documents in one copy.

Have to enter the volume of operational documents:

• the passport of the KCO-398(399) camera or of a set of the KCO-398(399) cameras entering the order;
• technical specification and maintenance instruction of the KSO cameras;
• technical specifications and maintenance instructions and passports of the main components on which delivery of these documents complete with products is provided by manufacturer;
• schemes of auxiliary chains on all types of the KSO-398 and KSO-399 cameras according to the order;
• test reports of chambers.

Device of the KSO-398 and KSO-399 cameras.

The KSO-398 and KSO-399 camera represents the metal construction welded from bent profiles. Inside the equipment of the main chains is placed. From the front party of the KSO-398 and KSO-399 camera drives of switches and disconnectors are located. Access to a chamber is provided by two doors: top - in a zone of the switch, transformer of tension or a safety lock; lower - in a zone of cable accessions, the power transformer or transformer of tension, depending on chamber type. Between a door with the equipment of auxiliary chains and the high-voltage switch the removable leaf preventing access to a zone of a high voltage is established.

The supply of tension is provided through the chamber basis by cables or tires to the disconnector installed in the lower part of a chamber.

The following devices can be installed in cameras depending on the scheme of the main chains:

• switches vacuum BB/TEL "Taurida Electrician" to 1000 A;
• switches oil VPMP-10, VPM-10 on currents 630, 1000 And with PPO-10 drives;
• RVFZ and RVZ disconnectors on 630, 1000 And with the grounding knives from hinged or demountable contacts, with PR-10 drives
• RV disconnectors on 630, 1000 And, with PR-10 drives;
• transformers of current of the TLK-10 T0L-10 TPK-10 type (replacement by other types of transformers is possible) on 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 300, 400, 600, 800, 1000 1500 And;
• tension transformers like NTMI, ZNOL, 2NOL, ZNIOL, NAMIT;
• safety locks like PKT, PKN;
• limiters of retension of OPN;
• transformers power 25 or 40 kVA;
• rated sportsmen of RVRD-6, RVRD-10, RVO-6, RVO-10;
• switches of loading of the VNA-10 type.

The following mechanical blocking are provided in the KSO cameras:

• not allowing inclusion of the grounding knives at the included main knives of the switch of loading;
• not allowing inclusion of the grounding knives at the included main knives of the disconnector.

All devices and devices installed in the KSO-398 and KSO-399 cameras, which are subject to grounding — are grounded. On a chamber facade in the lower part there is a grounding clip intended for accession to the grounded case of the elements which are temporarily subject to grounding. The framework of a chamber is directly welded on the metal grounded designs. The top door is the panel on which the scheme of auxiliary chains is mounted. On it the equipment is placed: relay of protection, management, alarm system, metering devices and measurements.

For increase of reliability of work relay protection in coordination with the customer can be executed on multipurpose, small-sized, highly reliable microprocessor blocks. On the KSO-398 and KSO-399 cameras illumination of a facade of chambers can be custom-made.

As the channel for trunks of operational power-supply circuits of electromagnets of inclusion, chains of management, the alarm system serves the box located in a middle part of the KSO-398 and KSO-399 cameras. Also in a box the output klemmnik for performance between chamber connections of auxiliary chains is placed.

At a two-row arrangement of chambers in RU between ranks of chambers tire bridges are established. Tire bridges represent the metal construction collected from two frames with the insulators established on them, tires and shinoderzhatel. Length of tire bridges has to be calculated on an arrangement of the KSO cameras with a pass width between chambers: 1800, 2300, 2800, 3300, 3800 and 4300 mm. With a width of pass to RU of 4300 mm between frames the frame insert is established. Tire bridges are carried out without disconnectors or with disconnectors for sectioning of combined tires. The functional purpose and a type of the KSO camera depending on the installed equipment is defined by schemes of the main chains.

Data necessary for the order

The main document which is necessary for the correct registration and implementation of the order is the questionnaire in which data on each chamber which is a part of RU-10(6) of kV are specified. The questionnaire is filled in with the Customer or the design organization and coordinated with the manufacturer.

The following data are specified in the questionnaire:

On each chamber which is a part of the order:

• number of the scheme of execution of the main chains;
• number of a chamber in RU;
• purpose of a chamber;
• rated current of a chamber;
• coefficient of transformation of transformers of current;
• tension of transformers of tension;
• quantity and type of limiters of an overstrain;
• current of a fusible insert of a high-voltage safety lock;
• brand, section and quantity of suitable cables;
• number of transformers of current of zero sequence;
• type of the relay of the maximum protection, current cut-off (PT40 / …);
• existence of the account;
• rated voltage of chambers (6 or 10 kV);
• rated current of combined tires of RU.

All questions connected with production of chambers with non-standard decisions (schemes, layout decisions etc.), have to be stipulated in the separate document and are coordinated with the manufacturer.
