Furnaces are executed in floor option. Furnaces with volume from 70 to 1500 l are most widespread. The control panel portable is located in a separate box of wall or floor execution. The heating switch, temperature regulator, alarm lamps is brought to the forward panel of a box. Switching of loading - semiconductor simistor or electromagnetic contactors. Protection of the furnace against an overheat, against short circuit is provided. Depending on the sizes power fluctuates from 15 to 100 kW.
Furnaces are completed with microprocessor regulators of temperature which can work in position or in PID the modes. For increase of accuracy of maintenance of temperature (reduction of fluctuations of temperature near the established value) adjustment of temperature in the furnace is carried out under the PID - law (regulation of temperature on пропорционально - интегрально - дифференциальному to the law). Depending on the set parameters of regulation maintenance of temperature in the furnace with an accuracy ±1оС is possible.
For carrying out difficult processes of heat treatment in time of the furnace are completed with programmable PID - regulators (I4pr). They allow to set time intervals of endurance of the furnace at various temperatures. Use of such regulators at heat treatment of ceramics is especially actual where in one cycle there takes place drying, agglomeration and cooling of products.
Opening of a door in the furnace is carried out manually (opening of a door sideways with a reverse thrust) or by means of the pneumatic cylinder operated from the panel on the furnace or from a box of management. In case of installation of pneumatic opening of a door (door shift up) complete with the furnace the compressor is delivered.
