Grain with centrifugal unloading of ladles are intended to Noriya for vertical movement of grain and products of its processing in all climatic zones.
Noriya are made in the climatic modification of U1 for the countries with the temperate climate according to TU U 13571939.003-2001 and have the certificate of conformity No. UA.ODS-19.1925-09.
Depending on the type of the transported product, the hole can also be tape or chain. Traction body of the tape noriya is the tape from rubber with fabric laying or rubbers from maslobenzostoyky mix. In the noriya moving hot cake, the oil filtrate, etc. instead of the tape the chain with ladles of the special design, and instead of drums - asterisks is applied.
Ladles plastic, thickness of the wall of 6 mm, by the special order can be established steel ladles with wall thickness to 3 mm.
On the body design the noriya two-pipe self-bearing - the ascending and descending branches of the tape are in separate pipes. Pipes by means of flanges are fastened among themselves and form sections length 2,5m, 1,25m and 0,625m. Production of pipes happens in the conductor that guarantees linearity of the noriya and does not demand additional efforts on its alignment during assembly.

All details are made of sheet metal on the machine of laser cutting and the bending machine with ChPU that considerably increases the accuracy of production and the full compliance of finished products of design documentation.
By results of check of the bearing capability intermediate fastening of the noriya to the mast or other designs it is necessary to carry out no more than 10 m with the step, and the head console from the upper point of fastening can make no more 3,5m.
In repair section the observation ports allowing to define the condition of ladles and the movement of the tape on the gleam are located. Two removable covers provide free access to ladles and to heads of noriyny bolts from the reverse side of the tape.
On the head design the noriya does not demand additional platforms for fastening of the drive.
The drive consists of the cylindrical reducer and the electric motor. The electric motor is installed directly on the head body. From the electric motor rotation by means of klinoremenny transfer is transferred to the high-speed shaft of the reducer. The tension of belts is performed by movement of the electric motor on guides. The reducer is dressed on the shaft of the drive drum and transfers rotation to it directly without coupling. The reducer of the domestic production with the increased diameters of shaft that gives the chance to transfer the raised torques and to increase reloading capability of the noriya.
On high-speed to the shaft of the reducer the mechanical stop obstructing the traffic of the tape with ladles in the opposite direction is established. The electric motor and the belt drive are closed by galvanized removable casings.
Depending on noriya height for reduction of slipping of the tape the drive drum can be futerovan.
