Carbon dioxide tanks

Tanks for storage and transportation of carbon dioxide.
Vertical and horizontal designs from 3 m3 to 150 m3 and with a working pressure of 2,2 MPas.

The tank consists of two vessels: internal, intended for liquid filling, and external, being the case. Both vessels are tight. At the same time the internal vessel is calculated on operation under pressure and work at a low temperature.
The tight cavity between internal and external vessels is vacuumized and filled with heat - insulating material — powdery perlite that ensures long safety of vacuum and reliable thermal insulation of the device in use.
The internal vessel has system of pipelines for filling and delivery of the liquefied gas, pipelines of a supply and removal of vapors, and also for connection of the locking and regulating fittings and devices of control. Distributing of pipelines in a cavity between internal and external vessels of the tank is executed according to the self - compensated scheme: the conclusion of the ends of pipes to the surface of the external case is executed hermetically.
On the leaving ends of pipes distributing of pipelines of a binding is executed and the regulating and shutoff valves, control devices, flanges for gas station and delivery of liquid are established.
On the tank, between support under the lower bottom, the evaporator of rise in pressure is located.

4) In the appointed day we will deliver the tank with a set of shipping documents, the maintenance instruction, with certificates of quality and compliance to the required parameters.
If necessary we will independently carry out balancing and commissioning and we will train personnel.
