Car of withdrawal pains of lining of converters with a capacity up to 250 t. MLFK-250
The car of withdrawal pains of lining of MLFK-250 converters (further the car) is intended for withdrawal pains of lining and cleaning of a mouth of the converter of sows, for drilling of the fulfilled lyotochny blocks of the converter, and also for withdrawal pains of lining and removal of stalevypuskny glasses of stalerazlivochny ladles with a capacity up to 375 t.
The car self-propelled with the electrohydraulic drive. Consists of the caterpillar cart on which the full-rotary platform is mounted. On a platform the following knots are mounted: the mechanism of rotation of a platform, a telescopic arrow, the hydroequipment, electric equipment, the cabin equipped with a chair of the operator and the control panel.
The telescopic arrow consists of motionless and mobile arrows and is equipped: the mechanism of rotation of an arrow (around a longitudinal axis of an arrow), the mechanism of promotion of an arrow, the mechanism of an inclination of replaceable working bodies.
Replaceable working bodies: PRO-75 pneumatic impact tool with a chisel for destruction of lining and removal of stalevypuskny glasses, a canine for failure of sows, the device for drilling and installation of the fulfilled letochny blocks (it is delivered at the request of the Customer).
The electric part of the car can be executed on the basis of the Ukrainian-Russian accessories or on the basis of accessories of SIEMENS firm.
The hydraulic part of the car can be executed on the basis of the Ukrainian-Russian accessories or on the basis of accessories of PONAR, ATOS, BREVINI, REXROTH firms, etc.
