The car of withdrawal pains of lining of stalerazlivochny ladles MLSK-180 (further the car) is intended for withdrawal pains of lining of stalerazlivochny ladles with a capacity up to 180 t.

The car self-propelled with the electrohydraulic drive. Consists of the caterpillar cart on which the platform is mounted. On a platform the following knots are mounted: a telescopic arrow which consists of mobile and motionless arrows, the mechanism of an inclination of a telescopic arrow in the vertical plane, the mechanism of promotion of a mobile arrow, the mechanism of rotation of a motionless arrow (around a longitudinal axis of an arrow), the mechanism of an inclination of the drummer, the mechanism of turn of an arrow in the horizontal plane, the hydroequipment, electric equipment and the portable control panel.

The arrow is equipped with the mechanism of an inclination of working body - PRO-35 pneumatic impact tool.

The electric part of the car can be executed on the basis of the Ukrainian-Russian accessories or on the basis of accessories of SIEMENS firm.

The hydraulic part of the car can be executed on the basis of the Ukrainian-Russian accessories or on the basis of accessories of PONAR, ATOS, BREVINI, REXROTH firms, etc.
