The elliptic bottoms are made by a stamping method of flat round preparations. Depending on Wednesday and climatic factors of the bottom are made from carbonaceous, alloyed, stainless steels.
On designation, the elliptic bottoms happen two types:
- • with internal basic sizes
- • c external basic sizes
The elliptic bottoms are made according to requirements of GOST 6533-78 and GOST 17379-2001.
APPOINTMENT AND SCOPE OF THE ELLIPTIC CAP (BOTTOM) OF THE HEATER
FOV, FSU, FIP and other are intended for production of filters of different function, for example. Are applied at production of the vessels and devices working under vacuum and pressure up to 10 MPas. Also the bottoms elliptic are applied to production of kozhukhotrubny software 1 heat exchangers, heaters of PSV, fuel oil heaters.
GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE ELLIPTIC CAP (BOTTOM) OF THE HEATER
The elliptic bottom consists of cylindrical otbortovanny part and convex part with an ellipse in a diametrical section. Thanks to safety in operation and a rational form the elliptic bottoms gained bigger distribution during creation of the devices working under vacuum and with a pressure up to 10 MPas.
The elliptic bottoms are made of round flat preparations by a stamping method. The Otbortovanny elliptic bottoms are made from alloyed, carbonaceous and two-layer a wall of 4 - 120 mm, staly with thickness, for devices, vessels, coppers, with d of =133 - 4000 mm.
Height of an otbortovka makes from 25 to 120 mm, depending on thickness of a wall and basic diameter, and height of elliptic part makes hv =0,25 Dv.
