Description:

• The camera is expected simultaneous work with one - two gels of 8 x 9,5 cm in size.
• The device is intended for fast division of small amount of samples.
• Unlike the previous models of mini-cameras adjustable screw clips evenly fix the glasses collected in sandwich and completely exclude buffer leakage.
• Glasses with 1 mm the pasted spacers delivered in standard complete set of the device allow to prepare for only a few seconds the device for filling of gels.
• The design of the filling device completely excludes leak during filling and allows to transfer the glasses fixed on the upper camera with the filled-in gels to the lower pallet that excludes hit of air in sandwiches, inevitable at transfer of the filled-in gels from filling devices in devices for electrophoresis.

The size of the mini-camera VE-10 is adapted for use of ready polyacrylamide gels of the leading global manufacturers. For carrying out electrophoresis of rather small amount of the buffer - 290 ml. It is recommended to use with the Elf-4 or Elf-8 power supply (DNK-Tekhnologiya).

Recommendations about operation:

• When carrying out electrophoresis you watch that temperature of buffer solution did not exceed 45 °C.
• Falling of components of the device is not allowed.
• It is desirable to change the buffer after each electrophoresis.
• Contact of components of product with organic solvents is not allowed.
• At connection to the power supply unit observe polarity!
