Cables are intended for transfer and distribution of the electric power in stationary installations at a rated alternating voltage of 0,66 and 1 KV with a frequency up to 100 Hz, including for operation on the nuclear power plants (NPP) out of a germozona.

Design
Conducting vein: copper wire

Multicore cables have all veins of equal section. Four-vein cables with veins with a nominal section of 25 mm2 and more can have one vein of smaller section (zero or grounding). The conducting vein of smaller section can be round or sector, single-wire or there is a lot of wire condensed depending on a class of the main veins in a cable.

Isolation: conducting veins of cables have to be isolated by the polymeric composition which is not containing halogens.
Twist: the isolated veins of multicore cables have to be twisted in the core.
For giving to the power cable of almost round form, internal and external intervals between the isolated veins have to be filled. The internal interval has to be filled kordely, vypressovanny of the polymeric composition which is not containing halogens. The isolated veins with a nominal section up to 16 mm inclusive can be twisted without filling of internal filling between them.
Cover: On the twisted isolated veins of multicore cables of all brands and over isolation of single-conductor cables, the internal extruded cover from the polymeric composition which is not containing halogens which has to fill intervals between the twisted veins has to be imposed.
Screen: over an internal cover of a cable of brand KPPGENG (A)-HF imposed the screen in the form of a winding with overlapping from a copper foil / a copper tape or an aluminum foil / folgirovannogo a composite flexible alyumofleks with an aluminum layer.
Along the screen from aluminum foil or an alyumofleks it is longitudinal the contact copper tinned wire is laid.
Armor: over an internal cover of a cable of brand KPBPNG (And) - HF is imposed armor from two steel galvanized tapes.
Cover: over an internal cover of a cable of brand KPPGNG (And) - the external cover from the polymeric composition which is not containing halogens is imposed.
Protective hose: over armor of a cable of brand KPBPNG (A)-HF imposed the protective hose from polymeric composition which is not containing halogens.
Technical characteristics
Cables control make 0,66 kV on a rated alternating voltage.
The electric resistance of isolation of cables counted for temperature of 200 C and 1 km of length for isolation from the sewed polyethylene has to be not less than 150 Megohms, and for isolation from the polymeric compositions which are not containing halogens there has to be a following:

Cables have to be steady against a navivaniye.
Cables are intended for operation at ambient temperature from minus 50 °C to plus 50 °C.
Cables can be operated at relative humidity of air to 98% at a temperature up to 35 °C.
Requirements for indicators of fire safety
Cables should not extend burning at group laying on category A.
Execution cables ng (And), ng (A)-LS, ng (A)-FRLS should not extend burning when laying in bunches.
Requirements for smoking
Smoking during the burning and decay of cables should not lead to decrease in transparency in a test chamber more than for 40%.
Service life of cables not less than 30 years.
