APPOINTMENT:
Cables are intended for accession to electric devices on an alternating voltage to 660 V of frequency to 100 Hz or constant tension till 1000 Century.
Cables are made the following brands and names:
KGVV - a cable control flexible with PVC isolation and PVC a cover;
KGVVNG (And) - a cable control flexible with PVC isolation and a cover from PVC of plastic compound of the lowered combustibility
KGVVNG (A)-LS-a cable control flexible with PVC isolation and a cover from PVC of plastic compound of the lowered fire danger with low gas-and smoke emission;
KGVEV-a cable control flexible with PVC isolation and PVC a cover, screened
KGVEVNG (And) - a cable control flexible with PVC isolation and a cover from PVC of plastic compound of the lowered combustibility, screened;
KGVEVNG (A)-LS-a cable control flexible with PVC isolation and a cover from PVC of plastic compound of the lowered fire danger with low gas-and smoke emission, screened.
At a parallel arrangement of the isolated veins after cable brand through a hyphen the letter "P" (an example of the designation "KGVEVNG (A)-P") is specified
When imposing a cover with filling of intervein space after designation of a cover the letter "z" is added (an example of designation "KGVVZNG (And)")
DESIGN:
CONDUCTING VEIN - copper, multiwire according to a class 5 in accordance with GOST 22483.
TWIST - the isolated veins of two - and three-vein flat cables with an index "P" are laid in one plane. The isolated veins of other cables are twisted.
ISOLATION - conducting veins are isolated by PVC plastic compound, conducting veins of cables of execution ng (A)-LS - PVC plastic compound of the lowered fire danger with a low gazo-and smoke emission. For cables of a climatic modification of HL1 of PVC plastic compound has to be frost-resistant. The isolated veins of cables with number of veins to five inclusive have a distinctive coloring. The coloring of veins by coloring of the top insulation layer or a strip coloring with a width of strip not less than 1 mm is allowed.
The isolated veins of cables with number lived more than five in each poviv have calculating couple differing on color from each other and from other veins of a poviv.
The cables having a letter C in designation of brand have digital marking of the isolated veins. At digital marking color of figures differs from color of isolation of veins. The distance between figures has to be no more than 35 mm.
The WINDING - is imposed the fastening winding from a polietilentereftalatny film on the twisted veins of cables.
Production of cables without the fastening winding on condition of preservation of mobility of veins and free separation of a cover from isolation when cutting cables is allowed.
The SCREEN - over the fastening winding of screened cables has to be imposed the screen in the form of a braid from copper or copper tinned a provolok with a diameter no more than 0,3 mm with a density not less than 70%. When using a tinned wire the letter "l" is added to brand of a cable
The COVER - over the fastening winding of unscreened cables or the screen of screened cables is imposed a cover from PVC of plastic compound, execution cables ng (And) - from PVC of plastic compound of the lowered combustibility, execution cables ng (A)-LS - from PVC of plastic compound of the lowered fire danger with a low gazo-and smoke emission. For cables of a climatic modification of HL1 of PVC plastic compound has to be frost-resistant.
Color of a cover makes a reservation at the order. In the absence of the instruction in the order color of a cover can be any.
It is not allowed to make cables of execution T1 with a cover of white and natural flowers

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Electric resistance of conducting veins to a direct current at 20 °C has to correspond to GOST 22483. For operation and storage the electric resistance of conducting veins should not exceed 120% of the values specified in GOST 22483.
Electric resistance of isolation on length of 1 km at a temperature of 20 °C has to be not less:
10 megohms - for cables with a section of vein of 0,5-1,5 mm2;
9 megohms - with a section of vein of 2,5-4,0 mm2;
6 megohms - with a section of vein of 6,0-10 mm2.
Cables have to be resistant to influence the lowered worker of temperature of the environment: executions of UHL2 and T2 - minus 40 °C, executions of HL2 - minus of 60 °C.
Cables have to be resistant to influence of the increased temperature to plus 70 °C.
Cables have to be resistant to long influence of relative humidity of air to 98% at ambient temperature to plus 35 °C.
Cables of a climatic modification T1 have to be resistant to influence of mold mushrooms.
Requirement of fire safety:
Cables should not extend burning at single laying.
Execution cables ng (And), ng (A)-LS should not extend burning when laying in bunches.
Requirements for smoking:
Smoking during the burning and decay of cables of execution ng should not lead (A)-LS to decrease in a light stream in a test chamber more than for 50%.
The minimum radius of a bend of a cable at operation has to be not less than ten diameters (sizes) of a cable. For flat cables the size on a smaller axis undertakes.
Construction length of cables has to be not less than 100 m. Delivery of a cable by pieces not less than 20 m in number of no more than 20% of the delivered party is allowed.
Shelf life of cables ten years.
Warranty period of operation - two years from the date of input of cables in operation, but no more than two and a half years from the date of production.
