Cable assembly for the industrial MKEKSHVV-HL data transmission networks on THAT BY 500017371.068-2012

Cables are intended for formation of information field tires, connection of sensors with a digital frequency-modulated signal, a signal 4-20 ma, on the HART, RS485, RS482, RS422 interface and other interfaces demanding use of "twisted couple" as the channel of reception/data transmission. The working rated alternating voltage to 500 V inclusive, frequency is up to 400 Hz or constant voltage is up to 750 V inclusive, temperature condition of operation from -60 °C to +70 °C.

Type of a climatic modification - UHL1 and HL1 in accordance with GOST 15150, at the same time temperature condition of operation for execution of UHL1 from minus 40 °C to plus 70 °C, for execution Hl1ot minus 50 °C to plus 70 °C.

Design

The conducting vein - a copper tinned wire, corresponds to a class 4;

Technical characteristics

The electric resistance of isolation of a cable counted for 1 km of length and temperature of 20 °C has to be not less than 10 Megohms.

The cable is resistant to a bend.

The cable does not extend burning at single laying;

Cables with the "ng" and "ng-LS" indexes do not extend burning when laying in bunches.

The cable is intended for operation at ambient temperature from minus 60 °C to plus 70 °C in the conditions of the fixed installation and from -15 °C to +70 °C in the conditions of assembly bends.

Kabel can be exploited at relative humidity of air to 93% at a temperature of 35 °C.

The minimum radius of a bend at installation and operation has to be not less than twenty maximum diameters of a cable.

The maximum temperature of a conducting vein at operation should not exceed 70 °C.

Construction length of the MKShv cables, Mkshvng (And), Mkshvng (A)-LS, MKSHVV, Mkshvvng (And), has to be not less than 300 m, cables MKESHV, MKESHVNG (And), MKESHVNG (A)-LS, MKESHVV, Mkeshvvng (And) in the general screen - not less than 200 m, cables MKESHV, MKESHVNG (And), MKESHVNG (A)-LS, MKESHVV, Mkeshvvng (And) with couples in the individual screen, cables in wire armor of all brands - not less than 100 m. Delivery of a cable not less than 50 m long in number of no more than 10% of total length is allowed.

Shelf life of cables on condition of observance of storage conditions five years.
