I. Equipment Overview
1) The equipment adopts streamlined configuration which requires fewer operations staff, but to achieve the busbar riveting procedures with good and reliable quality and production manner.
2) The equipment includes the production procedures of busbar manual assembly, busbar automatic riveting, busbar moving and etc.
3) To improve the busbar production level and quality.
4) To decrease the labor’s working force and improve the working efficiency and production efficiency.
II. Equipment Application
1) The equipment can satisfy the busbar production of the following busbar
specification.
2) Current ratings: 630A~2500A (Single layer busbar)
3) Phase and wire: 3P3W, 3P4W, 3P5W.
4) Busbar type suited to be riveted: Straight length (two - piece type aluminum alloy enclosure, also called H type aluminum profile)
5) Busbar length suited to be riveted: 1.5m to 6m
6) Busbar socket suited to be riveted: single side or double sides
7) As for the riveting machine limitation, the wide notch of the U type cover plate of busbar profiles shall exceed or be equal to 42mm.
8) The equipment length is 18m.
III. Equipment performance and basic settings
1) Equipment working efficiency: High efficiency
2) Automatic level: High efficiency
3) Required labors: Three persons (two are for assembly and one is for riveting)
4) Riveting machine settings: two sets of Kiande’s automatic lock riveting equipment
5) The riveting operation: automatic operation. The busbar will be transferred to a certain place and riveted automatically.
6) Riveter shift control: automatic operation. Automatically adjusting the position of riveting machine when the busbar type is changed.
