GROUND BUNKER Overload BNP - 12 / E (electric) "ARK"

BNP - 12 / E - intermediate with grain overload or fertilizer from the vehicle, a tipper or a tractor trailer in the bunker - reloader, car or railway carriage.
APPLICATION BNP - 12 / E:
- loading and reloading of grain in wagons, zernoupakovochnye machines, dryers and pr. -
- loading with / agricultural machines involved in the field work.
BNP - 12 / E "Ark" - mobile ground reloading hopper. Thanks to its special construction can be unloaded from the transport side. The hopper is equipped with a mechanism for quick machine translation from the working to the transport position. In case of an emergency stop has a gate for cleaning vertical auger.
BNP - 12 / E can be used to load the spreader or sowing directly in the field, avoiding handling on current, saving considerable time and resources.

BNP - 12 / E consists of a receiving hopper, three horizontal screw with a metering slide valve and one vertical screw. The augers are driven by the tractor PTO grade T - 150 K, or the like.
Ground hopper reloading BNP - 12 / E (electrical) "ARK" operates on 380 V. It consists of four motors. A 7.5 kW motor drives the hydraulic machine, through a distributor which controls a hydraulic system (decomposes auger tail lift, the metering slide valve, the transport position "Ark"). Two engine of 4 kW and 5.5 kW drive the horizontal augers, and 18 kW electric motor - vertical. When stopping the vertical auger feeding equipment precludes horizontal grain auger. Total power - 27.5 kW plus 7.5 kW to the electric hydraulic machine in preparation for the work.
Electric hopper "Ark" may be used by the tractor PTO, after removing the drive belt from the electric motors. For driving the tractor PTO BNP - 12 / E has a splined shaft and a universal joint for connection to the tractor. Required tractor power - 82 - 120 hp
