Bullet-proof vest "Corsair M3mk-1A-6"

Modification of bullet-proof vest "the Corsair M3mk-1A-6" is developed at the request of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine taking into account the provided project of tactical specifications. It is transferred on experimental to sock.

Modular bullet-proof vest "the Corsair M3mk", has the improved ergonomic configuration of protective elements, and also allows to use them depending on specifics of the carried-out tasks and probable level of threats.

Main characteristics of bullet-proof vest

• This model has the greatest change complete set of armored protection of torso of the person, consisting of protection of belt, breast and back, sides, neck, groin and hips. Such complete set allows to operate bullet-proof vest elements as separate parts of protection and to combine them depending on tasks and the probable level of threats. The possibility of separate carrying rigid broneplastin is provided in design of bullet-proof vest. To protective ballistic belt fastening of elements of protection of hips is possible.

• Modular bullet-proof vest "the Corsair M3mk" has three sizes: the 1st size (the volume 48-56, the area of protection - 78,0 dm ²), the 2nd size (the volume 56-62, the area of protection - 88,0 dm ²), the 3rd size (the volume 62-68, the area of protection - 98,0 dm ²).

• The bullet-proof vest is completed with soft elastic ballistic packages from paraaramidnoa of fabric "tvaron", "Herakron", or "Kevlar" according to the standard of Ukraine (DSTU), or the standard of the USA (NIJ). The soft ballistic package is in hermetically soldered cover from water-proof cloth and has protection on all surface of cover of bullet-proof vest.

• Also the bullet-proof vest is completed rigid broneplastina compliance with the standard of Ukraine (DSTU), or the standard of the USA (NIJ). Rigid broneplastina are located in additional pockets of cover of bullet-proof vest.

• The cover of bullet-proof vest is made of high-strength fabric like "Cordura" (high-strength polyamide fabric "TPS-36", "TPS-12" is made ​​ on TU U 17.2-31778043-057-2004).

• Color of external cover - upon the demand of the Customer.

• The belt tape is made ​​ on TU U 13.2-31778043-115: 2015 on polyamide thread, has the maximum breaking weights.
On internal surface of cover in bullet-proof vest special volume shock-absorbing strips between which the channels passing ventilating flows of air for cooling and removal of moisture from body are located are located.

COMPLETE SET NO. 1 SYSTEM ZASHCHIT_ OF THE BELT

1. The first complete set of bullet-proof vest represents unloading system which part humeral straps and ballistic belt are.

Its functions and appointment:
- Redistribution of load of musculoskeletal system of the user by transfer of part of load of coxofemoral joints and legs.
- Circular Splinterproof protection of waist. Level of protection of ballistic package on V50 - 580 m/s.

2. From back unloading system mesh material which evenly distributes loading on back.

To belt the ballistic package or damping element can be put.
On outside surface of straps and belts the MOLLE system which allows to place additional ammunition is located, and also if necessary to attach lateral protection of hips.

3. Cannot stop upper back of unloading system it is rigidly recorded evacuation sling.

4. The possibility of placement of hydrator on the MOLLE interface is provided in design of unloading system.

5. In design of belt connections qualitative fasteners (fasteksa) and dvootvirn of frame from shock-resistant plastic are used.

6. Regulation by belts of the sizes up to waist and growth allow to adjust system to anthropometrical data conveniently.

The unloading system is compatible in operation to other modular parts of bullet-proof vest in different combinations.

7. Regulations and connections of bullet-proof vest in shoulder it is carried out by means of belt tape which is stretched through metal frame and fixed by textile fastener. Such way of connection guarantees reliable deduction of elements of protection of breast and back, even in the conditions of addition of complete set rigid broneplastina.

8. The soft protective vest consists of protection of breast and back on 1-A klassa standard of Ukraine (DSTU). The area of protection of breast - 16 ^sq.dm, spins - 18,5 ^sq.dm. Level of protection of ballistic package on _V50 - 580 m \page.

9. The complete set No. 2 protection of breast and back can be supplemented rigid broneplastina complete set No. 3 protection of breast, back with rigid broneplastina (see Table 2) from 2nd on the 4th class of protection the standard of Ukraine (DSTU) that allows to use this part of modular bullet-proof vest as independent unit.

10. Lobby and back part are regulated by the size and connect among themselves up to waist the elastic coulisse.

11. On internal surface of protection of chest and back part of product it is provided the damping elements - so-called climatic subtime which at the same time carries out two functions - damper and providing air flow to the user's body.

From the inside of elements of protection of breast and back the product has the socket for bullet-proof vest complete set flexible ballistic packages on all width which are in waterproof package.

12. Regulations and connections of bullet-proof vest in shoulder it is carried out by means of double laid on valves which fasten by means of textile fastener to element of protection of breast from below and from above that provides the strengthened fixing.

13. Up to waist of Plate Carrier it is regulated by the size by belt tape of 40 mm and fixed on plastic fasteners (fasteksa) which are attached to chest and back part of protection.

14. Fastenings of lateral protection in front has double fixing - by means of textile fastener lateral protection fastens to cover of protection of breast and is in addition covered with the chest valve.

15. On regions of the left and right lateral coulisse red belt tapes for their fast detachment from chest protection are sewed.

16. In the lateral scenes soft ballistic packages and rigid broneplastina are placed.

17. On all external surface of Plate Carrier the belt tape - the MOLLE system which allows to fix on vest additional unloading pockets and additional protection of the left and right parties is sewed.

18. The lateral left and right scenes of protection of the parties, fasten by means of the MOLLE system from back. Such fastening allows to regulate bullet-proof vest up to waist.

The bullet-proof vest is enclosed in individual bag, in bag there is pocket for storage of the Passport of product.
