Protection is provided with two soft packages of bronetkana Twaron® or Dyneema® which guarantee the first class of protection (GOST P 50744) / II-A (NIJ), against bullets of PM and the revolver of the Revolver. In addition the vest to amplify two myagkimipolietilenovy plates of Dyneema®,

second class of protection
(State standard specification P 50744) / III-A + (NIJ), from bullets of the short-barreled weapon, including bullets with the steel core of the gun TT.

The total area of protection of bullet-proof vest against 36 ^sq.dm strengthened - 15 - 22 ^sq.dm.

The weight of basic bullet-proof vest - 1,7 kg, with additional soft polyethylene plates - 3,2 kg.
