In this press the method of shnekovy pressing is used (extrusion). Heating of a press happens due to process of compression and breakdown of the bricketed material via the pressing camera. The press makes briquettes without addition binding at the expense of moisture and the available in the bricketed material and natural knitting substances. In the absence of the natural knitting substances application of the technological connecting additives is possible. The complex is equipped with automatic supply of the bricketed material and protection against overloads.

The ready-made product at the exit from a matrix (dies) has an appearance of cylindrical cores with a diameter of 25-80 mm and up to 200 mm long., and also there is a possibility of production of six-sided briquettes like Pini-Kay. The created pieces, have sufficient durability and do not stick together with each other.

Okuskovanny fuel possesses high heat power properties, and also, the sufficient mechanical durability, water resistance, thermal stability.

The layer of such fuel when burning has good gas permeability that provides full extent of combustion even at rather high ash-content.
