Important stage in processing of a beer pellet, spirit bards is process of preparation of raw materials on indicators of existence in it of residual moisture in a percentage ratio to gross weight. For various products such indicator makes from 6% to 15%, on condition of uniform distribution of moisture in a total amount of raw materials.

LLC Energobioresurs makes the drying equipment allowing to carry out uniform drying of biomass, entrance humidity to 70% at low temperatures on an entrance to the dryer, providing humidity of raw materials at the exit to 6-15%. Productivity on dry raw materials: from 500 to 1000 kg/h.

Having used the advanced technical solutions and skilled researches on improvement of processes of drying, specialists of LLC Energobioresurs, developed the equipment and technology which bards in the conditions of low temperatures allow to carry out effectively drying of a beer pellet and spirit. The way of drying offered by us, is based on the combined (step) application of thermal and mechanical impact on organic raw materials in a zone to the vortex drying installation (VDI). Such constructive decision, allows to achieve effective productivity at preservation of biologically active agents of the final product. At the same time, the equipment developed by us and technology, is significantly lower at the cost and operational expenses from the lines offered in the market.

The drying complex compact (occupies the space no more than 60 sq.m), is easy-to-work also service. It is completed with sources of thermal energy, various on power, depending on characteristics of raw materials. Main differences: - it is easy-to-work - small energy consumption (25 kW); - lack of the worn-out mechanical parts; - fire safety; - automated management and control.
