Pump gear G11-11 type; G11-2 and BG units

The pumps G11-11, G11-11A, G11-11B, AG11-11, AG11-11A, are intended for forcing constant in size and the direction of a stream of mineral oil with kinematic viscosity from 10 to 400 mm ² / with at a temperature of oil of 10... 55 °C in lubricant systems of machines and other stationary cars.
The lower limit of viscosity is limited to the greasing ability of the pumped-over liquid, top - the power of the electric motor and the soaking-up ability of the pump.
It is allowed to use pumps and pump units in hydraulic systems.
Oil systems have to be equipped with the filters with a nominal subtlety of a filtration no more than 40 microns installed on the pressure head or drain highway.
Purity of working liquid not less 13th class in accordance with GOST 17216-71.
Climatic modification and category of placement in accordance with GOST 15150-69.

Execution of pumps on fastening:

• the pumps G11-11B, G11-11A, G11-11 - fastening on paws;
• pumps gear AG11-11B, AG11-11A, AG11-11 - flange fastening.

In usual execution pumps are manufactured with the right rotation of a power shaft. At the customer's request pumps can be manufactured with the left rotation (a letter of "L" in designation), or with a possibility of reversive rotation of a power shaft (the letter "R" in designation, for the purpose of change of the direction of a stream of the pumped-over liquid.
The drive of pumps has to be carried out via the elastic coupling compensating fluctuations, shock loadings and not coaxiality of shaft of the drive and pump.
Pumps can be installed in horizontal or vertical position on the rigid basis excluding vibrations. As a part of (A), DVG11-11 (A) VG11-11 units immersion of the pump in liquid is possible.

Pumps gear G11-25, G11-25A, G11-23, G11-23A, G11-22, G11-22A, G11-24, G11-24A (sometimes they are nazyvvat by pumps gear) are intended for forcing constant in size and the direction of a stream of mineral oil with kinematic viscosity from 10 to 400 mm ² / with at a temperature of oil of 10... 55 °C in lubricant systems of machines and other stationary cars.

Pumps gear are used in processing equipment and carry out the following functions:

• for providing greasing of the rubbing details and knots
• for creation of working pressure in hydraulic systems. Pumps of the first group provide pressure at the exit to 5 atm, pumps of the second group to 25 atm.
• for pumping of liquids
