The body of the Bulgarian telpher of the series T serves as the integrating element of the lifting mechanism and, at the same time, its bearing part. It represents the monolithic design of rounded shape which consists of two steel flanges connected among themselves by means of the longitudinal stiffening rib. Such geometrical form is practical when embedding telphers in any constructions and, at the same time, provides the sufficient opportunity for the exit of the cargo cable from the drum.
To the body the second free end of the rope fastens. It is performed by means of the maple plug as follows: it is necessary that the rope (namely its carrying part) laid down on its vertical party. According to requirements of DIN 15020 to prevent wrest of the free end it is necessary to deliver the tightening bracket, it fastens by means of two nuts. It is necessary to track that between the end of the rope and the bracket the distance did not exceed 50 mm. And the distance from the wedge until the end of the rope shall be at least 100 mm. Maximum values of this distance are as follows:
- 250 mm for electrotelphers 0,5t and 1 t;
- 350 mm for electrotelphers of 2 t, 3,2t and 1 t;
- 450 mm for electrotelphers of 8 t.
