Returns and exchanges of goods, as well as all warranty cases are considered on the basis of the \"Consumer Protection Law\". Recognition of a commodity marriage is made on the basis of a decision of an independent examination according to the rules and within the time frame established by Articles 18, 20-22. Law of the Russian Federation \"On Protection of Consumer Rights\" (Law on Consumer Rights) dated 07.02.1992 N 2300-1, except for cases when the marriage is visually obvious.

The quality of the Frigate inflatable boats meets the requirements of technical specifications TU 7440-008-96749010-2012, 12/30/19-001-06299690-2017, and the safety of their use is confirmed by the certificate of conformity of the State Standard of Russia.

Warranty obligations to the buyer arise from the moment the product is sold to him by an authorized seller, as evidenced by the product passport with the date of sale stamped with the seller's seal.

Subject to the owner's observance of the operating and storage rules established by the boat's operating manual, the boat's warranty is 12 months from the date of sale within the specified service life. *

During the warranty period, the Manufacturer undertakes to repair the boat under warranty or, at the discretion of the Manufacturer, to replace the defective part with a similar one. *

The warranty does not cover tears, cuts, punctures and other mechanical damage resulting from improper operation and non-compliance with the storage conditions of the boat.

  * These warranty conditions apply only to defects in material and workmanship, therefore they do not apply to normal wear and tear, as well as to tears, cuts and other mechanical damage, including from exposure to aggressive environments.

The design and components of our boats are being qualitatively improved, therefore boats with the same name, but different years of production, may have differences in design and equipment.

All dimensions may vary within ± 3%, and the total weight of the boat within ± 6%.
  - The warranty service does not include the cost of accidents or their consequences, or costs in such cases as towing, launching, towing transport and storage costs, telephone or rental costs of any type, inconvenience, time costs or resulting losses (damages ).
  - The purchaser must provide access to the product for warranty service, deliver the product for inspection to an authorized, authorized dealer or to a Fregat boat service workshop that will repair the product. If during the check it turns out that this repair falls under the warranty, it will be made free of charge, if not, all costs are borne by the owner of the product.

For diagnostics, inspection, warranty repairs, the owner provides the service center with a boat and / or components in a complete set, clean and dry.
