Planetary concrete mixer

JSC "Elevatormelmash" produces concrete mixers designed for the preparation of cement mortars and concrete mixtures.

The construction of a concrete mixer is a collapsible metal structure, consisting of a cylindrical bottom tank and a conical upper part. A drive is installed on the upper part, consisting of an electric motor, a planetary gearbox (made in Italy), a system of blades for mixing concrete, a pumping station.

At the bottom of the concrete mixer there is an opening for unloading ready - mix concrete. The hole is opened and closed using a gate, which is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder from the pumping station. The side walls and bottom are lined with removable steel sheets made of hardened wear - resistant steel (or polyurethane sheets up to 95 Shore).

In the upper part of the concrete mixer (on a conical shape) there are inspection holes, which are closed with a mesh and a cover.

The blades for mixing the concrete mix are mounted on racks and fixed respectively on the body (gear carrier) and the gearbox axes (satellites). Thanks to the large mixer diameter (dry / compacted) 1500/1000 liters, the fillers are distributed in a thin layer, which ensures homogeneous mixing and the most efficient discharge. The principle of operation of a planetary concrete mixer is similar to that of a solar system: the mixing blades move around a vertical shaft and about their own axis. The speed of the planetary blades is 36 rpm.

The complex movement of the concrete mixer blades during its operation allows to obtain high - quality mixing of rigid and super - rigid structural concrete grades, which are used in the manufacture of concrete road surfaces, reinforced concrete pipes and prefabricated reinforced concrete structures.
