Description of the electric stove of Bertos E7P2M:
The electric stove desktop Bertos (Italy) is made by E7P2M with round pig-iron rings of Ø220 of mm and on open corrosion-proof base with the support regulated on height. This design is used as as a part of a hot ruler with other equipment of the 700th series and separately at catering establishments. For prevention of failure of rings protective blackout at an overheat is provided in a design over 400 ºС, it prolongs service life TENOV and protects them from burn-out. Switches of power of rings have the ergonomic form and the big sizes, allow to regulate temperature from 50 to 400 ºС. Switches are supplied with light indication of inclusion/switching off.
Rings of an electric stove of Bertos E7P2M are hermetically put on the integral sheet of food stainless steel which is easy for keeping clean.
The case and working surfaces are made of food AISI 304 stainless steel (a leaf of 1 mm) of not giving in corrosion and deformation. Available board 110 mm high. The plate can be used in the thermal line and separately.
In addition to a product it is possible to order:
- the opened/closed base
- pig-iron overlay for rings
