The belt consists of two parts:

• short part with kontseviky and the tension device (the ratchet lock)
• long part with kontseviky.

The ratchet lock (graggers) is based on operation of the ratchet mechanism.

The ratchet mechanism (ratchet) — the gear mechanism of the faltering movement intended for transformation of returnable rotary motion to faltering rotary motion in one direction. The ratchet usually has the form of a cogwheel (b) with the asymmetrical teeths having an emphasis on the one hand. The movement of a wheel is in the opposite direction limited to a doggie (a) which nestles on a wheel a spring or under a body weight.
