It is INTENDED for pasting of details from different materials (steel, duralumin, heatresistant polyfoams, steklotekstolit, the asbotekhnichesky materials and sotomaterial made on the basis of the fiber glass fabric impregnated with phenol - formaldehyde resin, etc. ) among themselves and in different combinations with each other in the designs working without strength loss of adhesive line at 200 °C during 200 h and at 300 °C – 5 h taking into account the thermal stability of adherents.

It is APPLIED to connections where special durability is required, including at vibration, blows, in the conditions of high temperatures and aggressive environments.

IT IS USED:

• at production of brake blocks instead of rivets when pasting frictional slips with metal blocks and the conducted coupling disks
• for motor transport,
• air transport,
• agricultural and other machinery,
• rail city transport,
• the cutting tools,
• for prikleyka of strain gages etc.

Interval of working temperatures – 60 … + 300ºС.

Glue is resistant in different aggressive environments: oil, gasoline, alcohol, spirtobenzinovy mix, acetone, mold mushrooms, salt fog, sea water, etc.

Has good flowability and they can stick together with low pressures.

STRUCTURE: Fenolopolivinilatsetalny BC - 10T glue heatresistant represents solution of polivinilformalyetilalevy and phenol - formaldehyde resin in ethyl acetate and the RFG state standard specification 12708 - 77 solvent with addition of urotropin, tetraethoxysilane and quinoline. The RFG solvent - mix isopropyl and butyl (or isobutyl) alcohols.

Technology of pasting: To mix glue before the use!

At storage or transportation at low temperatures to sustain glue at the room temperature before receiving transparent homogeneous solution.

To process adherend surfaces coated abrasive, to degrease.

To apply glue with brush. Number of layers 1 - 2.

(Open endurance of 1 layer of 10 - 15 min. ; 2 layers to through cure. )

Working capacity: Glue connections on BC - 10T glue maintain heating at 200 °C for a long time (200 h) and short - term (5 h) at 300 °C.

BC - 10T glue it is possible to stick together such inert materials as polyolefins, fluororganic and silicone polymeric materials, after pretreatment of surface.

When pasting, for example, of polyolefins the surface of material is processed by the mix consisting from 75 mass. ch. potassium bichromate and 1500 mass. ch. distilled water.

When pasting fluororganic polymers the surface of material is processed within 15 min. at 20 ° C by solution of sodium metal in mix of naphthalene and tetrahydrofuran.

Packing: metal drums (buckets) of 20 l on 15 kg of glue.

Warranty period of storage of 8 months in densely closed container in the covered warehouse, fireproof at temperature not higher than 30 ° C with its protection from sunshine and moisture removal from heating devices at distance not less than 1 m.
