APPOINTMENT, PRINCIPLE OF ACTION AND SCOPE
Batchers weight automatic multicomponent are intended for dispensing of powdery and melkogranulirovanny ingredients of compound feeds according to the program set by a monitor at the enterprises for production of compound feeds, proteinaceous vitamin supplements and premixes. The bulk mass of components are from 0,2 to 1,2 t/m3. In batchers the principle of automatic measurement of force of weight of the weighed product by means of tensometric sensors of force and transformation of value of the current mass of the weighed product to a digital code is used, it kotoryysravnivatsya by system of program control with a mass of a product set on a monitor. Supply of ingredients of mix in a cargo intake of the batcher is carried out about the help two-regime (²gruby ² and ²tochny ² giving) shnekovy feeders.
The control of batchers electric air, is carried out from the device of program control. Type of a climatic modification of UHL4*.
DESIGN
Batchers consists of a bed, the device cargo reception, devices of the perceiving, portable block of the control panel with the indicator of the current value of mass of a dose (it is delivered by the special order); devices electrotensometric weight, plates with branch pipes, pneumatic system.
DEVICE AND OPERATION OF BATCHERS
Operation of batchers is constructed on the principle of an automatic equilibration of mass of the product which is in a cargo intake of the batcher, tensometric sensors of force, transformation of an electric signal of strain gages to a digital code and comparison of a code of mass of the product which is in a cargo intake at present with the code set in the program entered into the electronic weight measuring device of the control panel.
The bed of batchers represents the design collected from steel channels. On a bed tensometric sensors of the perceiving device are fixed.
On the frame of the perceiving device leaning on balls of tensometric sensors (in non-working situation on jacks basic plugs) and recorded by strings, fix a cargo intake.
The signal of strain gages is transmitted to the electronic weight measuring device (EWMD) of the control panel. When completing EVP the portable block the signal of strain gages is transformed in the portable block and transferred to the control panel in a digital form.
