Bar from a wood and polymeric composite

The bar from WPC (wood and polymeric composite) is used as an assembly element at production of floors and terrace floorings. Unlike natural timber, the composite bar possesses the following characteristics:

• the increased durability;
• fire safety;
• moisture resistance;
• lack of roughnesses and zadir;
• not susceptibility to rotting and cracking.

Also from DPK it is possible to carry its small weight and resistance to deformation to positive properties of a bar.

At production of a wood and polymeric bar wood flour and environmentally friendly polymer of low pressure in a percentage ratio 60 to 30 is used. Inclusion of stabilization components and pigmentary dyes is the share of other 10% of composite alloy that provides esthetic characteristics of material and protection against rotting, cracking, formation of a mold and defeat by wreckers.

The bar from DPK can be applied to flooring both in rooms, and on open terraces and verandahs. Material maintains temperature range from-500 to +700 S. Maksimalno the permissible load on square meter of the area makes 500 kg. The wood and polymeric bar is not subject to deformation and ignition, does not allocate dangerous to the person and animal substances, does not enter interaction with atmospheric moisture, does not burn out and does not crack under the influence of sunshine.

In comparison with materials from natural wood, the bar from DPK has smaller weight that allows to lower labor costs at installation. It is necessary to avoid direct contact of a bar with concrete and soil platforms. Laying of floorings has to be made on a dot support, with rigid fixing extreme a log.

For production of constant terrace floorings logs fix to the basis by means of self-tapping screws at distance of 30 cm from each other. The boards laid across from DPK are pulled together and nestle on a bar the special clip-on earrings established in crossings a log and flooring elements. In this way it is possible to make also a portable terrace floor. In this case the bar on the basis is not fixed. Despite the high durability and relative ease of materials from DPK, the figurative floorings having the extensive sizes can be deformed when transporting because of breakage of fasteners. Before installation it is necessary to make a marking and to zasverlit necessary quantity of openings in a basic bar as wood and polymeric composites differ in the increased hardness.

Thanks to faultlessness of technical and esthetic properties of a bar from DPK, it can be used for production of decorative constructions on garden sites, including benches, bridges, small architectural constructions, and also decorating of facades of buildings, installation of fences, protections, etc.

Use of a bar from DPK is justified in all spheres of construction where elements from a natural tree are traditionally applied, but more severe operational conditions are meant.
