Bale crushing complex ITS-1

Straw bale crusher ITS - 1 is designed specifically for use in fuel briquette production lines. Designed for crushing baled straw of grain crops for the purpose of further briquetting, as well as for use in agriculture.

The features of this straw chopper are that it is able to chop large bales of straw, both cylindrical and rectangular.

ITS - 1 structurally consists of two functional units:

• bale tearing unit (the bale tearing unit is made in the form of a receiving body for loading bales, in the bottom of which a bale feeding conveyor is mounted to the auger breaker, installed horizontally at the end of the body)
• grinding unit (the grinding unit is a rotating drum, on which replaceable movable hammers are fixed around the perimeter. A replaceable mesh is located in the grinding unit, designed to calibrate the length of the resulting fraction)

The raw material is straw.

The kit includes - bale breaker, stone trap, hammer crusher, passive cyclone, piping system, control panel.

Production time - 2 - 3 months

Terms of payment - 50% prepayment, 50% upon completion before shipment

5. The advantage of the bale crushing complex is the system for feeding straw into the hammer crusher using an air stream that passes through the stone trap where heavy objects in the form of stone, pieces of metal remain in the stone trap pocket.

6. The main advantage of the complex is the crushing of straw in two stages. At the first stage, a bale of straw is fed by a belt conveyor to the cutting segments mounted on augers, the segments crush the bale into chaff up to 5 - 10 cm. This fraction enters the pocket, from which the raw material enters the hammer crusher for regrinding into the required fraction. The fraction of raw materials is regulated by means of sieve cells installed in the hammer crusher.

Grinding in two stages allows using the complex to prepare raw materials for briquetting and, if necessary, without using a hammer crusher, grind straw for animal bedding
