  • Sack stitching threads are thin twisted products that are made from flax, cotton fibers and various impurities. Typically, both short fibers and solid filaments are used in the manufacturing process.

    According to the structure, bag - sewing threads can be single - strand and multi - strand, depending on the manufacturing method. As a rule, sack stitching threads are used for sewing jute, polypropylene and paper sacks, and many other materials.

    There are the main types of sack stitching threads:

    • Polyester threads for bags with a density of about 210 tex;
    • Polypropylene yarns with a density of 150, 200 and 300 tex;
    • Combined LH yarns in two additions with a density of 200, 240, 300 tex;
    • Combined LH yarns in three additions with a density of 200, 240, 300 tex;
    • Lavsan threads in four additions with a density of 200 tex;
    • Cotton threads with a density of 250, 300 tex.

    When choosing sack stitching threads, it must be borne in mind that each type of thread has its own unique properties and characteristics.

    Polypropylene multifilament threads are a worthy alternative to the above threads and are successfully used as a stitching material in sugar factories, bakery plants and feed mills.

    Distinctive features of our threads:

    • High strength up to 7.5 grams / denier;
    • a wide range of linear density (thickness) of the thread - from 900 denier to 1200 denier;
    • available thread FDY pneumatically connected and twisted from 50 to 400 twists per meter;
    •  production of individual winding at the request of the customer.
