   Badges represent accessories which are made of steel, of brass and have relief images on a surface. After obtaining the required image badges are painted in any desirable colors by special durable enamels. Metal badges can bear character of corporate distinctive symbols, esthetic souvenirs, decorative elements, image and ad publications.

   Stamping is a mechanical processing of metals under pressure at which formation of a relief of a badge is carried out in special adaptation – a stamp. 

   Production of stamped badges  requires two stamps: the main stamp (for obtaining the image on a badge) and a cutting stamp (for carving of a badge on its contour from a metal plate or a tape).

   Stamps for badges are exposed to very high mechanical loadings therefore they have to be made of special grades of steel and are tempered in a special way.
