It is intended for crushing of boneless trimmed meat, trimmings meat, a pulpy offal, salted pork fat with a temperature of raw materials from 0 to + 8C. A scope – the enterprises of low power for processing of meat.

FEATURES:

• It is supplied a set of knife lattices, with diameters of openings of 5, 9 mm, an entrance lattice and bilateral cross knives (the product is completed with two sets of the cutting tool) -
• At the request of the customer the product can be completed in addition with lattices with a diameter of openings of 3, 12, 14, 16 mm -
• The reception bunker is made of stainless steel and equipped with the safety lattice excluding a possibility of access of hands of service personnel to the giving screw during work -
• Two modifications are issued: with the colored case and the case manufactured of corrosion - proof steel -
• Degree of protection of IP54, it is intended for operation in rooms at a temperature of air from + 5 to + 30C, relative humidity no more than 80% at a temperature of + 25% -
• The case of the cutting tool and the bunker is made of brand 12X18H10T stainless steel, the framework is executed from rectangular pipes with a section of 60х30 mm of Art. 10.
