Appointment

The automatic transfer line is intended for packing of the granulated, loose compound feeds, forages for animals, zeolite, further the product, in the 3rd the sutural bag with its forming. The line provides the possibility of loading of the accumulative bunker with the product and the product overload in the loading hopper of the automatic machine of packing.

The line consists from:

• The accumulative bunker (1) with the vibrotray;
• The conveyor giving (2);
• Automatic machine of packing (3).
• The conveyor which is taking away (3.8)

Description of work

The packed - up product are loaded into the accumulative bunker (1). By means of the vibrotray which is the part of the bunker (1), the product moves on the conveyor (2) which makes filling of the loading hopper (3.1) automatic machines (3) with the product.

Further the product from the loading hopper (3.1) comes to the weight doser (3.2). Operation of the conveyor (2) is synchronized with operation of the doser (3.2). All nodes of the automatic machine are mounted on the frame with the servicing platform (3.3).

Along with process of weighing in the doser (3.2) there is forming of the longitudinal seam of the bag the zapayshchik (3.5). The bag forms from the cloth of the film placed on the rulonoderzhatel by means of the vorotnikovy shaper (3.4) and the tube (3.6) which displace the cloth in "sleeve".

At achievement of the set product dose in the doser (3.2), there is the operation of the gate and the product comes to the tube (3.6). Further the broach of the bag (3.10) is put in action, the bottom of the bag falls by the little table (3.11), the product fills the bag. The cross zapayshchik (3.7) works, creating the last (upper) seam of the filled bag and the lower seam of the subsequent bag.

The ready bag to be taken away by the conveyor (3.8).

Process repeats in the automatic mode.

Process parameters of packing and forming of bags, and also the Start - up/feet buttons are established on control units (3.9).
