Automatic system of measurement of temperature of a casing (armor) of a blast furnace
Temperature of a casing of blast furnaces has to be taken systematically on all height by contact thermocouples or by means of devices of control of temperature of a casing with entry in the special magazine. When heating a casing of a blast furnace to temperature over design measures for its decrease have to be immediately taken.
According to safety rules for domain production "... Again under construction and reconstructed blast furnaces have to be equipped with devices of control of temperature of a casing". At a normal state of lining and cooling of mine and a horn, temperature of a casing is in norm limits (no more than 150 C °). However, at emergence of channels between the refrigerator and a casing of a blast furnace, at wear of lining of mine there is a local overheat of a casing that demands reaction of service personnel. The existing casing temperature monitoring systems, as a rule use ordinary thermocouples with communication lines that demands a large number of connections, labor-consuming installation and need of use of the equipment for digitization of signals of thermal sensors — expensive controllers.
