Automatic A3790 switches depending on executions are intended for work in areas with a temperate, tropical and frigid climate in the following conditions:
- height above sea level of no more than 1000 m, is allowed operation of automatic A3790 switches at the height up to 2000 m, at the same time load of the automatic machine has to be lowered by 10%;
- environment is inexplosive, not containing dust (including conducting) in the quantity breaking operation of the automatic switch; not containing aggressive vapors and gases in the concentration destroying metals and isolation it is not saturated with water vapor;
- the installation site of the automatic A3790 switch has to be protected from hit of water, oil, an emulsion and to volume of similar;
- lack of direct influence of solar and radioactive radiation;
- lack of sharp pushes (blows) and strong jolting;
- automatic A3790 switches allow work at vibration in places of fastenings with a frequency up to 25 Hz at acceleration no more 1g.

Working position of the automatic A3790 switch in space — is established on a vertical proskost vertically (a tag "1 ″ up), in need of a vozvozhn horizontal installation.
