DK3330F1 one-position for molding under pressure and production of products from thermoplastic materials with a temperature of plastication up to 350 °C - polyolefins, polystyrene and its copolymers, polyamides, thermoplastic polyurethane, polyacrylic esters. At equipment of the car special equipment it is possible to produce products from polycarbonates, copolymers of formaldehyde, unplasticized polyvinylchloride, polifeniloksid. Are provided the mode of molding pressing for production of thin-walled products of a difficult configuration and the intrusion mode at production of products with wall thickness more than 3 mm with increase in volume of injection to 30. FEATURES OF THE DESIGN
The knot of locking differs in an original design and reliable fixing of a compression mold at injection. Thanks to high speeds of opening and short circuit of a compression mold at small time of switching of electric and hydraulic elements the short running cycle is provided. The automatic pulse system of liquid greasing continuously greases couples of friction of lever knot of locking.

Molding knot rotary that provides fast cleaning or change of cylinders of plastication with the choice with various diameters for the maximum pressure of molding or volume of casting. By car sensors of movement of a plate of knot of locking, the course of the plasticizing worm, injection volume are installed.
Drive. Supply of working liquid in a hydraulic system is carried out by two-line lamellar pumps. Working liquid moves three independent streams that it gives the chance to receive 14 combinations of expenses. Streams of working liquid four compact hydroblocks with the built-in valvate and butt hydroequipment operate. The hydroequipment allows to set remotely 63 sizes at injection and plastication of material. The safety hydroequipment protects the tool from breakages in case of hit in its socket of foreign objects.
