Press "VOSTOK - 1080" is a completely closed welded metal structure, inside which the pressing carriage moves.
The bale chamber is made of sheet steel and rolled sections, designed for pressing and packing incoming waste under specific pressure up to 10.6 kg / cm².
The press frame is supported by a series of support legs, which are fixed to the concrete surface of the installation site using special anchor bolts.
The bale chamber, bale carriage and bale outlet channel are completely sheathed with replaceable plates made of wear - resistant HARDOX steel.
The pressing carriage, movably connected to the piston of the master cylinder, alternately performs a working stroke forward and an idle stroke backward, thus allowing material to be loaded into the chamber, briquettes the material and pushes it into the outlet channel.
The outlet channel of the bale consists of sidewalls movably articulated with the rest of the press and the upper part - a structure that ensures the retention of the pressed material in order to create the necessary pressure on it. At the outlet of the channel, a system for holding the already formed and tied bales located in it is installed, which consists of a hydraulic cylinder and mechanical clamps acting on the movable sidewalls of the channel and creating back pressure in the bale chamber. An impulse counting wheel installed at the top of the outlet channel controls the automatically set bale length.
The press is supplied complete with a feed hopper connecting the feed chamber to the feed conveyor. The loading hopper is equipped with electronic sensors designed to control the loading level.
The automatic bale strapping system is one of the main components of the structural equipment of the press. It consists of a stitching portal and a strapping system installed on the opposite side of the press.
The stitching portal is a movable carriage on which four fixed horizontal needles with special tips are installed. The tying block consists of movable twists, simultaneously twisting 4 rows of tying wire and a row of knives that automatically cut the wire. The principle of briquette tying consists in the horizontal operation of the stitching needles pushing the tying wire through the passage holes in the press carriage, aligned with the similar holes in the press, to the strapping block for the appropriate twisting and cutting of the wire.
The press includes a hydraulic station that provides kinetic energy to all operations performed by the machine. The station consists of a tank for hydraulic oil, a group of electric motor - pumps, hydraulic distribution blocks, control units, filtration, heating and cooling of oil.
The press is equipped with a metal ramp for unloading finished bales.
The operation of the press is controlled from the main electrical control panel mounted on the machine body. The press can work both in automatic and manual mode.
