Description
The AДДИTEX™ light stabilizer concentrate - a stub of SS-001 is made on the basis of the highly effective light stabilizer of the class HALS from the leading firms of producers with concentration to 20% and polyethylene of low density. For delay of thermooxidizing destruction in the course of production and the subsequent operation of products also 1% of antioxidant is entered into a concentrate.
The recommended SS-001 concentrate dosages for films of agricultural purpose from PNP: 1,0% (one season), 2,0% (two seasons). Data are provided for a midland of Ukraine with average total solar energy about 100 kilolengla a year. For the southern areas of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea the dosage of a concentrate is recommended to be increased by 20%.
The recommended SS-001 concentrate dosages for tapes, sheets, pipes and molding products: 1,0-3,0%.
Use of a concentrate of the SS-001 light stabilizer does not increase intensity of wear of working bodies of the extrusive equipment, and also promotes reduction of corrosion damages of metal surfaces.
