The analyzer allows to carry out an assessment of maintenance of chemical compounds in samples of ores, minerals, slags, slimes, building materials, etc. nonmetallic samples, allows to measure directly a mass fraction (concentration) of chemical elements of metal and an alloy

The EXPERT 3L analyzer for measurement of jewelry allows to find in samples precious metals on urovne:au, Pt, Ir - from 0.5 tests; Ag, Pd, Rh - from 1.5 tests.

The analyzer also provides determination of concentration of elements from 12Mg to 92U in any types of alloys (both standard, and non-standard)

At the conclusion of the contract for delivery of a set of the analyzer with the "turnkey" SDD detector till July 28, 2014. You will be able to receive it at the price no more than 315 thousand UAH. By delivery out of borders of Ukraine the cost of the measuring block of the analyzer - no more than 30000 USD on the terms of FCA.


Appointment: direct measurement of a mass fraction (concentration) of chemical elements in samples of metal alloys by method of the nondestructive power dispersive X-ray fluorescent analysis (EDRFA) without use of standards.

The EXPERT 3L analyzer for measurement of jewelry allows to find in samples precious metals at the level:

  • Au, Pt, Ir - from 0.5 tests,

  • Ag, Pd, Rh - from 1.5 tests.


The analyzer also provides determination of concentration of elements from 12Mg to 92U in any types of alloys (both standard, and non-standard) when performing the majority of measuring problems of metallurgy:

grading and sorting of metal scrap; entrance control of a chemical composition of raw materials; an operating control of composition of metal in the course of its smelting; output quality control of production, etc.





At the same time in most cases the accuracy and sensitivity of the quantitative analysis by means of "EXPERT 3L" do not concede to traditionally used chemical and optiko-issue methods of the analysis within requirements of state standard specifications and DSTU.

Possibilities of the analyzer:

  • analyzers are direct-reading devices. The table of the chemical elements and the mass fractions (concentration) corresponding to them found in a sample is result of measurement;
  • simultaneous quantitative definition of all elements which are contained in a sample for one measurement. The quantity of at the same time measured elements is not limited;
  • carrying out the multielement qualitative and quantitative analysis of samples of metal alloys of any (including in advance unknown) structure and any form;
  • objects of various types (both metal, and nonmetallic) can be analyzed in any sequence without any additional regraduation on standard samples or applications of any additional techniques of performance of measurements;
  • automatic identification of brand of an alloy by result of measurement according to the existing normative documents;
  • the operator does not need to carry out any settlement operations with ranges. All settlement procedures are automated. Operation of the analyzer does not demand high qualification of personnel;
  • simplicity and convenience in work with the device: the operator has to install only a sample in the measuring camera, start the program - and in a few minutes to receive its range and element structure;
  • service of the device is reduced only to maintenance of purity in a measuring chamber
  • device exit time for an operating mode - no more than 5 min.;
  • lack of special requirements to objects of control and to sample preparation. It is possible to analyze monolithic products (their fragments), a wire, a foil, test of powders and liquids, ingots and products from precious metals. For monolithic objects it is necessary to clear a surface of pollution;
  • the analyzer allows to carry out an assessment of maintenance of chemical compounds in samples of ores, minerals, slags, slimes, building materials, etc. nonmetallic samples;
  • the measuring block of the analyzer is equipped with the built-in thermal printer;
  • the only expendable material - helium (an expense - 35-50 ml / min.pri pressure of 0.5-1.1 atm). Liquid nitrogen is not used;
  • in addition - the solution of problems of search of microimpurity in tests (e.g. ecological tasks);
  • the user-friendly software in the environment of MS Windows on the basis of the modified method of fundamental parameters with attraction of elements of the theory of recognition of images.
  • in case of instability of food from a network the analyzer can work till 4 o'clock from the built-in accumulator;

Experts of INAM perform commissioning and training of personnel.
Warranty period - 24 months, on the detector - 12 months. The producer guarantees technical maintenance of the device at all stages of its operation.
Stability and reproducibility of metrological characteristics of analyzers is guaranteed for 7 years of operation (maintainability term).
