Scope: slows down enzymatic oxidation of wine, beer and soft drinks. Protects fruit, vegetables and products of their processing from darkening during the freezing, conservation and packaging, keeps the vitamins which are there. Addition of ascorbic acid in meat products allows to reduce amount of the put nitrites and nitrates on a third, the steady and uniform ambassador provides, accelerates conservation process, slows down education on a surface of meat of a metmioglobin.
