Argon gaseous is widely applied in various industries, medicine, in scientific researches:
1) High specific weight and chemical inertness of argon gaseous allow to use it in metal working and in metallurgy. 2) For creation of the protective environment when welding (arc, laser, contact, etc.) cutting, melting of various metals, including rare and active (alloys with the content of magnesium, titanic alloys i.t.p.), in aluminum production and the aluminum alloys alloyed staly various brands, etc. 3) In gas installations of fire extinguishing. 4) Thanks to low heat conductivity and reasonable price gaseous argon found application in production of modern windows - for filling of double-glazed windows. 5) Gaseous argon and in the food industry is widely applied. It is registered as a food additive of E938 and is used as propellant and packing gas. |
Gaseous argon is also applied in medicine, in high-tech industries of the industry (production of lasers, the plasma cutting devices, etc.)
Argon of a gazoobrazna is filled in steel cylinders under pressure.
Argon gaseous is transported by all means of transport according to rules of transportations dangerous freights.
