Pumps slurry ShN 80/19, ShN 250/34 and ShN 270/40

The centrifugal pumps intended for pumping of various hydromixes with high content of sand, slime, and also drilling mud fluid belong to group of slurry pumps. In comparison with mud pumps slurry pump over more "extreme" environments. Domestic pumps conditionally divide on soil, peskovy and slurry in narrow value (foreign pumps of such mission unite under the word slurry).

Slurry pumps (in narrow sense) - on the functional purpose are close to pumps peskovy, however provide pumping of hydromixes with higher density of firm fractions (to 2500 kg/m3) and with larger firm particles.

Pumps it is intended for pumping:

• abrasive hydromixes (clay and gravel solutions, water mix with sand, ore, etc.);
• the flushing solution applied when drilling wells;
• household and industrial sewage;
• the fulfilled flushing solution in hydroclone installation for cleaning of vyburenny breed.

Characteristics of the pumped-over environment:

• density of hydromix is up to 2500 kg/m3;
• temperature is from +5 With to +60 So;
• content of firm particles is no more than 25%;
• the maximum size of firm particles is no more than 20 mm.

- centrifugal, horizontal, console, one-stage, with an axial supply and tangential removal of working liquid.
Are intended for pumping of chemically neutral hydromixes: slurry waters, technical water, waste of flotation, a filtrate, standard and sub-standard suspensions with the maintenance of firm particles to 400 g/l, up to 6 mm with a maximum size of firm particles and from 1 to 40 °C with the temperature of pumped over Wednesday.
The flowing part is made of steel of St 40X, SCh20 or IChH cast iron.

Installation of the pump in rooms where explosive substances and mixes contain is not allowed. Pumping of combustible and explosive liquids is forbidden.

Pumps ShN are widely used at the enterprises of the mining industry, in mines and mines where hydraulic coal mining and other solid minerals is conducted.
