Description

The pump TsNS - centrifugal horizontal (TsNSv - vertical) the section high-pressure pump. In it the stream of the pumped-over liquid moves consistently several driving wheels mounted on one shaft in one case.
The case of the section multistage pump TsNS consists of separate sections which number is one unit less than number of driving wheels as one wheel is located in a forward cover. The section design of a pump housing gives the chance to increase or reduce a pressure at invariable giving. The pressure will be equal to the sum of the pressures created by each driving wheel.

Pumps TsNS 105-98 … 490, TsNSG 105-98 … 490, TsNS 180-85... 425, TsNSG 180-85... 425, TsNS 300-120... 600, TsNSG 300-120... 600 and electro-pump units on their basis are intended for pumping of the water having a hydrogen indicator rn 7-8,5 with a mass fraction of mechanical impurity no more than 0,2%, firm particles in size no more than 0,2 mm, with the microhardness no more than 1,47 GPA. Pumps TsNS 105-98 … 600, TsNS 180-85... 425, TsNS 300-120... 600 are intended for pumping of water with a temperature up to 45 °C, TsNSG 105-98 … 600, TsNSG 180-85... 425, TsNSG 300-120... 600 - for pumping of water with a temperature from 45 to 105 °C.

Scope:
Pumps TsNS widely primenenyat in systems of water supply and increase of pressure in contours of cold water, and also at pump stations for water outflow of coal mines, various modifications use for pumping of the flooded gas-saturated and commodity oil in systems of intra-field collecting, preparation and transportation of oil without hydrogen sulfide and even for work in oil system of turbogenerators for supply of oil in the condensing bearings for start-up, stops and operation of the generator.
