Equipment for cleaning grain from impurities of ISM-20-CSC

The Kharkov plant of grain cleaning equipment has developed a unique range of aerodynamic separators of the IMS with a cyclone - sedimentary chamber. This development has reduced the consumption of electricity by another 30% , in contrast to the ISM separators without a cyclone - sedimentation chamber. Also, this development enabled farmers to work on grain cleaning equipment in both open and closed premises. Another plus of the cyclone - sedimentation chamber is that the noise level is significantly reduced (from 85 dB to 57 dB). The cyclone - sedimentation chamber has three sedimentary chambers, where the air is purified from dust and small impurities. Purified air enters again into the separation chamber, and this cycle is repeated continuously again and again. Another small plus of the cyclone - sedimentation chamber is that after several hours of operation, the air inside the separation is heated and gives an additional effect of drying the grain.

Specifications

The cyclone - sedimentation chamber has three sedimentary chambers. At each stage of the passage of air through these chambers, it is cleaned of impurities, and purified air enters the separation chamber. All garbage and impurities fall into a special tap for non - grain waste. Cereal separators of the ISM have received universal recognition not only in Ukraine, but also abroad. Our company took part in the agricultural exhibition in Hanover (by the way I say that this is the largest agrarian exhibition in Europe), our separators aroused great interest among the guests of this event.
