Apple - the name of fruit of apple-tree. Central Asia where and today it is possible to meet numerous landings of crabs is considered the homeland of apple-tree. It is known that apple-trees cultivated in Ancient Egypt, in the territory of modern Israel and Palestine, and also in Ancient Greece and Rome. This tree was widely adopted worldwide and today there is huge number of the grades of apple-tree (more than 20 thousand grades of all and about 1,5 thousand in Ukraine) growing in different climatic zones. But the greatest numbers of apples it is grown up in such countries as the USA, China and Chile, and among the European countries in Italy and France.

Apples have huge number of the versions differing in the color (all shades green, yellow and red), the sizes and weight (from 70 to 300-400 g), form, flavor profiles (sweet, sweet-sour, acid) and aroma.

Fruits of apple-tree are one of the most popular fruit around the world, besides that they are eaten fresh, the quantity and variety of recipes from apples simply blows the mind (from usual to us dried fruits and juice and finishing exotic marinated apples desserts).
