Anthracites carbonaceous materials

Anthracite is more solid than a bituminous and brown coal. As well as they, it is a product of slow rotting of plants. It is possible to meet anthracite deposits near deposits of bituminous coal.

Coal represents the hardened vegetable remains, and at anthracite these remains are most transformed therefore they cannot almost be identified. It was formed from Devonian till the Triassic. Among fossil coal its share makes about 3% of total amount.

Anthracitic crumb — a filter medium. Antratsit-filtrant is a product of a production cycle of enrichment of anthracite with the special morphological structure giving when crushing receiving inert, wearproof material with the developed specific surface, big intergrain porosity and high abrasive stability. Appearance — a crumb of black and asphalt color with metal gloss and grains of a form, cubic or close to it.

There corresponds TU U 10.1.24049011-001-2001, the AF brand. The product is not toxic, inexplosive, fire-dangerous.
