DTprime is the optimum choice as for the diagnostic laboratories demanding high capacity at implementation of routine analyses and for scientific institutions where the possibility of optimization and thin adjustment is important.
Control of the device is exercised by the software of DTmaster with the Russian/English user interface, uniform for all amplifikator of the DT series with detection of results of PTsR in real time.
Simple and intuitive management with use of the Test function considerably reduces time of the operator on creation of protocols and minimizes a possibility of mistakes. Also the software contains appendices for quantitative assessment of DNA/KDNK, the analysis of curves of melting, determination of level of an expression of genes, researches of biocenoses and the SNP analysis, allows to use function of "additional standards" and to form protocols of a research with automatic interpretation of the received results.

•  High efficiency thanks to a 96-lunochny format of the thermoblock adapted for standard tablets, test tubes and strips.
•  Multiplex detection with use to five channels of fluorescence and various combinations of fluorofor (in a basic complete set Dtpraym is delivered with four channels which are adjusted on Hex, Fam, Cy5, Rox. The Channel Five can be established at the request of the customer).
• Durability of light sources (light-emitting diodes of "LED") which functioning differs in high duration (to 100 000 h) and stability in comparison with galogenovy lamps.
• The optical path includes a separate light source for each channel and the CCD a matrix (CCD camera). It provides high sensitivity, an optimum ratio signal/noise and low level of hindrances between channels.
• The method of a multiple exposition provides the wide dynamic range of detection and allows to optimize conditions of registration of a signal at qualitatively new level, to simplify (or to cancel in general) photometric settings.
• Optical systems with various spectral characteristics allow to work with numerous fluorofor.
• The thermoblock allows to set an annealing temperature gradient, opening additional opportunities for optimization of programs of amplification.
• Autonomous performance of a task and recovery of the program (as a result of power off or a stop of the computer) thanks to the built-in microcontroller and the display.
• Simplicity of management and customizability are carried out by means of the Russian-language software focused on the user with various level of training.
• The possibility of work with the program both in compact, and is provided in the developed mode that provides the comfortable environment for clinical and research appendices.
